“The Jeffio Show” will be a short-format video podcast (under 5 minutes) featuring 3-4 guests per episode all answering the same 2-3 questions with responses taking no longer than 30 seconds for each response. I’ll introduce the episode but we’ll focus mainly on the people I interview.
This format should be quick and concise with little fluff, just-the-facts kind of thing. Easy for viewers/listeners to get tidbits of advice from tech professionals and other entrepreneurs without having to invest with a huge time commitment.

I’m going to try and sort out the technical details on how I’m going to put this together. I’ve been having fun with wireless lapel mics, video cameras, final cut pro and iMovie.
Here’s a video of me testing microphones:
Let me know what you think!

Hey Jeff,
Seems like a good idea, I look forward to tuning in. I hope you're using the non-iMovie '08 version - iMovie '06 I think? I find '08 so slow and clunky and very underpowered compared to '06/ HD. It is only designed for very casual video making using footage shot on point-and shoot (non tape or HD based-camera). I am a huge fan of the earlier iMovie, because you can cut something so fast on it (faster than FCP) - but FCP is a must if you want to do fancy stuff.
and do you have to call it beta? lol. I am beta'd out - gmail is still beta - anyone know when they'll call it version 1?
Smiles, jb
Oh - PS - for some reason the video is not showing up in your post for me (on safari)

Haha, yes the beta is a huge joke. I'm tired of it too. It's more of a poking fun at sites who put beta up like that. Might even try to make fun of it visually on the opening.
I do like the older iMovie as well and when the new one came out I felt like I had to relearn the whole app. Now that I have, I can put something together really quick.
I'm taking a look at FCP but will try to get by with iMovie for now. But yes, reverting to the previous iMovie is an option :)
