I am very excited to announce that I have received a National Aboriginal Role Model award from the National Aboriginal Health Organization.
I am looking forward to visiting communities across Canada throughout 2009/10 with the role model program where I hope to inspire youth to get into business & technology.
About The Role Model Program
“Each year, 12 Aboriginal role models are nominated by their peers. They are selected for their achievements, leadership, and innovation. Throughout the year, the role models will attend celebrations, school functions, workshops, and conferences to share their stories with other Aboriginal youth.”
